1. Scope

This policy applies to all use of Brightskins, including browsing, Steam sign-in, checkout, selling or trading CS2 skins, support, complaints, and communications with HILLMARK CONSULTING LTD.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, scams, deception, impersonation, false identity information, stolen payment methods, stolen Steam accounts, or unauthorised account access.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, PEP concealment, source-of-funds misrepresentation, or suspicious transaction structuring.
• Botting, scraping, automated account creation, credential stuffing, rate-limit bypass, reverse engineering, denial-of-service activity, malware, or exploit use.
• Abuse of refunds, chargebacks, promotions, pricing errors, support channels, complaints processes, or payment-provider rules.
• Attempts to manipulate prices, item availability, delivery systems, review systems, fraud controls, or compliance screening.
• Harassment, threats, hate content, unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, or submission of content you do not have rights to use.

3. Compliance with laws

You must comply with all applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, consumer laws, tax rules, and Steam terms. You must not use Brightskins from a prohibited jurisdiction or on behalf of a sanctioned person.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend accounts, hold delivery, cancel orders, remove content, refuse refunds where lawful, preserve evidence, or report activity to payment providers, fraud networks, law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities.

We may take action without prior notice where needed to protect users, Brightskins, payment systems, third parties, or legal compliance.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to support@brightskins.store. Include relevant order IDs, Steam profile links, screenshots, timestamps, and a short explanation where available.
