Brightskins website content, layout, code, text, graphics, logos, service design, databases, and documentation are owned by or licensed to HILLMARK CONSULTING LTD unless stated otherwise.

You may use Brightskins only for lawful personal marketplace use. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Brightskins materials without written permission.

2. Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, and CS2

Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, CS2, related logos, item names, artwork, screenshots, and other game assets are owned by Valve Corporation or its licensors. Brightskins claims no ownership of Valve intellectual property.

References to Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, CS2, item names, images, or game assets are made only to identify digital in-game items compatible with Steam and CS2. Brightskins is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

3. User content

If you submit reviews, messages, evidence, screenshots, complaint materials, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

You grant Brightskins a limited licence to use submitted content as needed to provide support, investigate orders, handle complaints, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and operate the service.

4. Infringement notices

If you believe content on Brightskins infringes your rights, email support@brightskins.store with your name, contact details, identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, the URL or location, evidence of ownership or authority, and a statement explaining the issue.

We may remove or restrict access to material, request further information, forward the notice to relevant parties, or reject notices that are incomplete or unsupported.

5. Repeat infringement and misuse

Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content or abusive notices may be restricted or terminated. Fraudulent, misleading, or bad-faith notices may result in account action or legal response.
